What is the appointment cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment reschedule or cancellation. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a $25 booking administration charge.
Do you accept health insurance for consultation sessions?
Many insurance plans cover nutritional planning and clinical consulting services. We provide complete itemized invoices and insurance claim codes. Contact your provider to verify if your plan covers these preventive health codes.
Can I schedule consultations outside regular clinic hours?
Yes, several of our virtual telehealth coaches offer consultation availability on weekends and evening blocks (up to 8:00 PM PST) to adapt to demanding client timetables. Check options in the select service checklist when booking.

Public Transit
Our office resides next to Muni Metro line stops. Take Line M to the Wellness Parkway Center station. Bus routes 14 and 49 stop directly at the main entrance gate.
Driving & Parking
Take highway exit 101 North towards Wellness Parkway. Enter the secure underground parking garage. Parking is validated for up to two hours with diagnostic booking slips.
Building Access
The office is in Suite 100 on the first level of the main medical atrium. Report to reception at the main desk upon entry. Wheelchair ramps are fully equipped at all gates.
